You can select or unselect the rules you want for the gamification of your sales team or pipeline on the gamification settings menu. It is available on the home page of the platform.

After entering the settings, go to goals and click on each one to see the activated rules. Select those that you would like to switch on and unselect those which you want to shut down from gamification. Remember that if the goal is not selected, all the rules inside them will be turned off as well.

You cannot create new rules or modify the existing ones.
