You are welcome to a refund at any time within 30 days of initial payment. You'll receive a prorated refund for all the days you have not used the platform. Example, you signed up the monthly starter for 4 users, deciding to cancel after 5 days. You paid $24/month, roughly $.80/day for Gamifier. Your refund is for the 25 days (we use the average 30 days/month) you paid for but will not use, so you'll receive a refund for $20 ($.80x5).
