What are achievements?
They are milestones to celebrate the important accomplishments of the team members. Reps can receive them for making a sale higher than the Average Purchase Value, completing activities on time for several days in a row, adding great business opportunities in the pipeline, and others.
These markers are powerful to boost motivation, and the manager can select which of the available achievements should be rewarded.
Also, the achievements have levels, allowing the “player” to receive medallions in different degrees, always looking forward to the next accomplishment.
